I am trying to get ahold of Julie about a payment plan. She had said I could speak to her directly about setting it up. I was wondering if someone could get this message to her or if someone else can help me today?

We can definitely get you in touch with Julie. If you just click here, you'll be able to send a private message to her team. It looks like you already have a case number assigned, so keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen for a reply.

I did send a message yesterday but unfortunately I haven't heard anything yet. As the payment plan is scheduled for tomorrow I will need to speak to someone today. If julie is unavailable I can speak to someone else.
