Hello, sandyr1952!

I'm sorry to hear that your pictures seem to have disappeared from your device. Do you know if they were stored on an SD card? Or were they stored directly on your phone? What happened to cause the disappearance of your photos? Did you have to perform a factory reset on the device for some reason?

If they were stored on an SD card, you could try putting the card in your computer and retrieve the photos that way. If you had Google + set up on your phone, and the "Instant Upload" option was turned on, you should be able to log in to Google + from any computer to view your photos. Alternatively, if you had AT&T Locker set up on your phone, your photos may be backed up. For more information about AT&T Locker and how to use it, click on the link below.

If you're still having trouble locating your photos, please send us a private message by clicking here so we can look into it. If the photos were simply erased during a factory reset, there is very little we can do, but it's worth talking to a tech support expert just in case.

In your message, please provide your name, phone number, email address, and the best time to reach you. You can expect a reply within two business days, so keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen.

In the meantime, please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns!
