Over 5GB due to Ice Storm

Hello. This past Saturday, ATT sent me a text regarding exceeding 5BG of data, Please be advised that I live in Phoenixville PA (Chester County) which was hit with a severe ice storm on Tuesday and power was lost. I used my IPhone to watch news and some video. Wifi service was restored at my home Sunday night.

In light of the emergency, could you please waive the data penalty for me?

Thank you.
