Ordered from Apple tuesday morning 10/29/2013 silver 32gb and gold 32gb 5S, paid extra $10 dollars for 2-3 day shipping, being delivered friday 11/1/2013. Not saying anything bad about at&t but i have read most of this thread and cant figure out why they take so long to ship. And its being shipped from china,via the tracking info from UPS. when i first placed the order it did say expected delivery 11/20-26/2013 i have no idea why it shipped so fast. but i wont be able to use it till the 26th anyway as im out of town at work.

Ordered a Gold 5S 32 gig on 9/25/13
Has officially been 5 weeks since I placed my order, estimated shipping date of 11/04/2013 - 11/22/2013.
still on "preparing to ship" no progress at all.
I even went to the AT&T store to try to get an update and they were only able to tell me of that it will come inbetween the shipping dates listen

My shipping window opens today 10/31-11/20. It's been 38 days. I'm disappointed the 64gb gold are taking so long. Ordered on 9/23 from AT&T.
@Shwna17 I'm in the exact same boat as you; my shipping window opens today, as well (10/31-11/20) and I also ordered a 64gb gold on 9/23 from AT&T. Pretty ridiculous.

Lesson learned. Never order throught ATT. But the thing is that i have to stick for 2 years if i order through apple Because im using ATT NEXT program and with that i can upgrade annually.. Apple doesnt have that.
