Hello, Fromtari! Welcome to the forums!
I just wanted to let you know that I have sent you a private message. To view it, simply click on the little blue envelope at the top right corner of your screen.
As for why the Lenovo a390 isn't working with the prepaid AT&T SIM card, it's possible that the device is locked. If that's the case, you may need to contact the manufacturer for the unlock code.
Let me know if this helps!
You have a non-Americas Europe/Asia/Rest of the World phone. This phone WILL NOT work in the Americas because it lacks the Americas 850/1900 GSM/UMTS bands. You need to use the SIM card in a phone that has the Americas bands (quad-band).
