Today I woke up to a couple of missed calls and when I tried to call them back, it seemed like my call wasn't being put through. I finally realized the headphone icon was on, even though nothing was in the jack.
I've tried blowing in, sucking out, aiming a hairdryer at it, and even q-tips. All the things people suggested on other sites.
Nothing has worked.
To be honest, I'm a little upset over this because less than a month ago, my phone had to be replaced because the headphone jack didn't work at all!
If anyone has any fixes that would avoid me having to get my phone replaced again, I'd greatly appreciate them.
I'm very sorry you're having problems with your replacement phone. I understand that warranty is not the most pleasant experience out there, but as long as your phone covered, it is your best option. I don't ever recommend trying to fix any electronics yourself if they have warranty, things can go wrong and the issue might get worse, and the warranty might get voided as a result. My suggestion to you is, give a warranty department a call and let them replace the phone, 1-800-331-0500.
