I want to check if my phone is unlocked

Hi,

I request to ATT my phone to unlock by internet and by phone.
but i rejected request to unlock because my account has reached the maximum number of unlock requests allowed during a given period.

I don't understand why exceed number to request.
and I want to know how can I know if I know my phone unlocked.

I now change my carrier service from att to t-mobile.
but my current phone staus is unlocked, i cannot receive any sms and notification from t-mobile and att.
i could not call and send anything.

Pls let me know what shall I do to be available to use call and get mms

thank you in advance

If your unlock request was rejected, it's a good bet that your phone is not unlocked.
