Yes, if you call customer care they will ask you to forward them to a particular number that they will tell you (such as 7726 or something like that). But first write down the number of the sender. After you forward one of the messages, AT&T will send a 2nd message asking you to "reply" with the sender's number (which is why I suggest you have it written down). After you reply with the number, that should solve the problem. You should follow this procedure for each spam message, one by one.

These messages are coming from a ATT system problem. To resolve it dial 611 and ask for Customer Service. They will do a reset and make this go away. As I understood it the message is generated whenever you check your voice mail. If I have helped you give me a Kudos. Thanks.
