When you go online to order you build your cart with the plan(s) and phone(s) you want. When you get to checkout and enter your billing/shipping info. the system performs a credit check. If you get through checkout and receive an order number then you have been approved. If for some reason you don't meet their qualifications then your order is canceled before it goes through, your credit/debit card is not charged and you have the option to call to see if there is possibly a deposit amount you can pay to start your account anyway. It's really simple. Same thing happens each time you want to add a new line.
