Family Map after upgrading

Recently upgraded one of the phones on my account. Family map has always worked on this line, now will not locate at all.  I have tried removing the line from my family list and adding it again, but still will not locate this phone.. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what is causing this issue but let's get you in touch with someone who can help. 

 

Will you please send a private message to ATTCustomerCare with your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to contact you?
