Data was not refilled


Data was not refilled

Currently I am a costumer of "$60 Smartphone Monthly Unlimited Plan with Data". However, even after paying the $60 my data balance was not refilled and I keep getting "You have 0.0 MB remaining in your data balance" when I dial to *777*3#. In addition, I already got the text message from AT&T "Your rate plan charge was successul". What can I do to have my data refilled?
