Cannot access "Manage AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless"

I have been trying for 3 days to access "Manage AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless" to set up limits for my daughter's phone.  This site seems to be down.  Is anyone else having the same problem? Called CS & they couldn't access it either.  When will this be fixed?!

hi, there cooper2. Are you still having problems accessing Smart Limits for Wireless? We just checked and the system is fully operational. Can you try to login one more time? If that doesn’t work, you will need to call CARE again. Please ask for technical assistance and have them check to make sure you were provisioned properly on the network. You can also try to remove the service and re-add it online through your myWireless account to see if that resolves the issue. Once you are provisioned properly with Smart Limits, you will receive a Welcome email with login instructions. Thanks!

How do I turn off the auto message that comes back when I block a number?
