Long story short I was unable to decipher the englsih as spoken by "Axpibicaldo" during my overseas support call. I was told their is no option to speak to someone stateside, really?!
I asked that my acccount be credited $40 as I was moving during the period when my account went unpaid. I received the usual "sorry sir I am unable to help you" script.
Frustrating service call. ATT please contact me to discuss this.

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to ATTCustomerCare is part of the AT&T customer service team, They may be able to resolve your Issue. You can expect a reply via return PM between the hours of 7am-10pm CST within 2 to 3 business days.
