Can Anyone Please Help

I don't know where else to go for help.  I had to downsize and get rid of my At&t cell phone and get a tracfone (kept my At&t number).  I have an LG 840G smartphone.  I have been trying for two days to get connected and I just can't get connected to my email.  I tried the people at Tracfone but they don't get involved with the email part.  I don't know where else to go or who to call.  Any help would very much be appreciated.  I have no problem on my laptop or computer.  Here is the info on my phone.  If anything is wrong can you please tell me what should be put in?  Many thanks.

password - fillled in

Email - filled in

Mailbox Type - Pop3

Incoming Mail Server - pop.sbcglobal.net

Incoming Server Port - 110

Incoming TLS/SSL - shows SSL

Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

STP Port - 465?

SMTP TLS/SSL - which one?

SMTP User - filled in

SMTP Password - filled in

Incoming TLS/SSL - SSL

Outgoing Mail Server - outbound.att.net

STP Port - 465

SMTP TLS/SSL - SSL

SMTP User - filled in

SMTP Password - filled in

 

Also, you may need to format your username as username@sbcglobal.net
