Caller ID on Business Accounts

On our business account phone numbers (where we have several phone numbers), they all say the company name for the caller ID.

 

I logged in as an admin to my business account at https://www.wireless.att.com/businesscare/  and was able to update the wireless user information for one of the users but that info doesn't appear to have changed the Caller ID.

 

How can I modify the caller ID for several of my users through the ATT Premiere portal?

Unfortunately you can not, it has to be done through the tech department through customer care.

Really?  I have to take the time to get through to a person to do this, rather than use the web site???
