Being charged for a phone I returned

Hi All,
I have been in the process of going back and forth with AT&T about a defective phone I sent back. They claim to have never received it, the tracking # shows it was scanned at USPS in October!. Even with proof, they're robbing me of $639.00!
Help! Is it going to take an Act of Congress to get my account adjusted properly?

Definitely as MicCheck reccomended, sent a PM to get details.

 

I've personally helped a customer who sent a phone in and was charged because the equipment had damage. Warranty services returned his phone and charged him.

 

I don't if it's a similar situation, or maybe it's just slow to reverse it, but I'm sure our specialists will be able to help you out.
