Backordered iPhone 4S

I ordered 2 refurb iPhone 4S's on 6/29/13. Has anyone else gotten stuck with the backorder and not knowing when it will end?

If they are not refurbs, I would try and cancel the order and go to an AT&T corporate store or an Apple store.

They are refurbs.. Couldn't beat 99 cents each. They were supposedly "available" when we ordered, but no one's been able to tell us anything other than "we'll ship them as soon as we get them". Meanwhile I'm phoneless Smiley Sad

It just got easier. They said they couldn't activate a SIM to my old phone because of the order in progress, but apparently the gal had underestimated her abilities because my old phone works now in the interim Smiley Happy
