At&t Online auto-fill/renewal problems

Ok from what I've found out is that when I try to go and click on the option under account refill that says "pay by cc,dc, or electronic check" and try and login, it says that it can't process my login information. I tried to pay my gophone plan last month like this thinking it was only something that would be down for a few days to a week and just paid by calling the number with my phone. The problem is it's happening again and I was wondering what the problem is since both the number and my password are correct. It seems that this problem has happened to other people as well but no ones found any answer.

Welcome to the forum

Let me tell you that if you are receiving an error message, you can go to at any time, is the same website.
Also try to log in on your account with another web browser, and try to clean cookies and cache on the system for a better experience Smiley Happy
