AT&T LTE roaming futures?

I roam a lot overseas and I see a lot countries are developing their own LTE networks. However with AT&T, I cannot connect to any of them, only their HSPA+ and lower networks. I'm not saying those 3G networks are inadequate, just more the merrier.

Does AT&T have any plans for allowing their customers to roam on other LTE networks?

It's most likely because they use different LTE frequencies. What countries do you travel to?
