10 years of good cust service until 2014. So Many issues.

Many issues and no solutions . What happened to the att I knew and loved? I have been treated rudely by a customer service manager and tricked into changing my plan and then told it would not stand because of some deadlines not met. I was lied to and no one seems to care. I am so stressed out with att and need to have my issues resolved! Is there a way to speak to anyone other than customer service and there supervisors? Someone higher perhaps. Any info would help! Thanks in advance.
