Thanks but unfortunatly that didn't help, I have the right service center number and nothing was blocked. It isn't a new phone or service but we have never tried to text on it till now? I put the sim card in my other phone and it still wouldn't text, so its not the actual phone, It must be the sim card or something with AT&Ts service on that number?

You next action will be the last step. Contact customer service or stop by an ATT store to have them check the messaging provision on your account.
