uverse app

After downlaoding the Uverse app from the app store the other day, i thought it would be the most used and best app i have. However, after playing with it for a little bit, i noticed that every show i tried to view and or record, it came up with, "this show has already ended." Also, no option for single episode recording, most likely the same bug as above. Anyone else having the same problems. Anybody have good news with this app. Any updates in the near future. Info please...

This is defiantly not the right place to discuss this... you should go to Apple's forum to get right answer because AT&T has nothing to do with App Store problems.

They're talking about the AT&T U-Verse. You should direct it to the AT&T Account Management "contact us" page with the details of what's wrong and they'll forward it to their U-Verse department.

Called att, talked to about three different reps, one was even an apple tech support. Nobody could help.  Apple guy said uverse people had to help, uverse people sent me back to apple support. I did the troubleshooting on apple's itunes app support.  Everything on their end checks out no problems. Bottom line, its an ATT created application, so i need help from them.

I don't see the Application in the App store, nor do I see it in the link posted in the sticky. I was going to try and download it, and test to see what the problem is, but sorry Smiley Sad it's not there.

Ok try this.

1. Delete the Application.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Download the Application. Using iTunes then sync it to your iPhone.
4. Restart your iPhone.
5. Try the application again.

If problem still persists, the it's a U-Verse problem, and they are dumping it on Apple. Apple didn't make the application.

I had tons of problems with app last few weeks. It would only show about 10% of my guide. Today I re-installed and app works perfectly, very cool!!!

Ok, I don't know what the deal is, but up until this morning, I've tried everything to try to get this app to work properly, but everything I tried, didn't seem to work.  This morning after I read the last post, I tried my app again, and the problems I was having, were gone. Everything seems to be in proper working order now. Maybe some kind of underground update they didn't tell anybody. Anyway, thanks to every one that gave me advise. CHEERS

try to uninstall and reinstall the application. now if it's still not working, try going to uverse.com and checked if it's still doing the same thing. if yes, call at&t 'cause there is a big chance that this is a DVR issue or a program issue. if no, then this is because of the application. there's a lot of possibility why you're having this issue.
