The person which has sold to me this phone speaks that it is bought without the contract. And still speaks that is possible will address in a support service. They will check up that phone is bought without the contract and will unblock. So it will turn out?
It makes zero difference if the phone was purchased without contract, it still will not be unlocked, period. If you want a unlocked iphone, you will be required to purchase it directly from Apple US at full retail price.
The iphone you have, even if purchased with no contract is not eligible to be unlocked

It is ATT and Apple's policy in the USA that unless you bought the phone specifically unlocked from Apple, it will not be unlocked! A quick search of these forums will show you all the discussions and excusses about why they should and why they do not.
Bottom Line - You need to buy an unlocked iPhone from the USA if that is what you want. Once sold as locked, it will remain locked! Try ebay or other similar sites to sell your iphone and then buy one for your needs. This one will not work for you.

You need to take that up with the person who bought it for your. Buying an iPhone without a contract at full price does not allways equal unlocked! There was a time that there was a contract free version that was sold still locked to ATT.
We are customers just telling you what the policy is. No one from ATT will come here and unlock your iPhone based on this thread but we do know they won't unlock it even if you talk to them or Apple.

An AT&T iPhone (first-generation, 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S) cannot be unlocked when bought from the AT&T store, 3rd-party reseller or from Apple as an AT&T model...this is because in the United States, carriers are not required to unlock devices for use on other mobile networks, so, to trap us with their network, they require that the device, in this case the iPhone, be required to operate on their network exclusively. AT&T and Apple, due to policy and United States law, will not unlock your iPhone, and I'm really sorry about that. Their are third-party ways to unlock your iPhone, that cannot be discussed here, but they will void your Apple warranty, and could potentially damage your device. Also, be aware that warranty service...for any iPhone...will only be handled in the country that the iPhone was purchased in...so if you have any issues with your AT&T iPhone, or United States; factory unlocked iPhone...you'll need to contact the United States Apple division for support.
