service re-new charge which was not notified.

Was travelling to San Fancisco for about week.  Have Ipad with me and signed up AT&T data plan of 2G in a month with my AT&T SIM came with ipad.  didn't aware biz condition of auto-renew until I was changed again today after 30 days with $25 bill.  i had to cancelled my account but still have no idea how to get my money back.  tried anything i can find from AT&T online.  nothing helpful.
