"call cannot be completed as dialed"message when Dialing a specific number

Hello,

As the title states, when I try to dial a specific number from my wireless phone (Iphone) I get a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.   I only get this message when trying to call one specific number.   I can call it from a verizon cell or landline without issue, but not from my Cell.  I had someone else with a AT&T wireless phone place a call to this number and they get the same ""call cannot be completed as dialed" message so it isn't just my phone.  

Would this be a problem on AT&T's side or is it a problem with the phone carrier for the office I am trying to call?

Have you tried dialing this number as a 10-digit number?  If that doesn't work, try dialing the number as 1+area code+phone number.

still unable to connect even when dialing the 10 or 1+10 number.

It is probably some type of routing issue... I'd call customers service.

 

This forum is just customers trying to help other customers.

what service do they have? I'm betting its magickjack. either way if its one specific number the issue is on their end.
