"Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider."

"Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider."

So today, I got an email from the Blackberry Internet Service, stating that I haven't been receiving my emails lately and that I need to go validate my email's password. However, everytime I try to go change my password or anything, I get the message "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider." So what do I do?
