preorder with no confirmation

I preordered the new iphone on October 7th at 2:00am. I never received a confirmation email and when I look under order status and error message appears saying there is no record of me placing an order. Does this mean I need to place the order again?

Try checking here:

Click on the blue "Check Order Status" button. New page loads

 

Select "wireless number" from the dropdown, and search on the wireless number you upgraded.
