What support had you do was set up in priority mode which is used for troubleshooting. For some, that's the only way they can get the MicroCell to work reliably. It sounds like the MicroCell will limit your connectivity to something less than 1G. If your MicroCell works reliably and you don't see a hit on your network, I wouldn't worry about it. Otherwise if you want to set it up in non-priority mode, you'll probably have to make some router config changes. Unfortunately, support will be of no help at all.
