Go to Settings>Mail.......> and add/remove your email accounts.  If your accounts are iMap or MS exchange, delete them all and start over.  You will probably only need to delete the duplicated accounts.

Are you connected to a corporate email system? Sounds like it and you have a profile from them, they are restricting your access to the accounts. You will need to delete the profile first then delete your accounts and then set them up again. You will need to work with your company to get that profile reinstalled.

not sure but i thought its a pop account with att. and set it to push. what i had to do was do a phone reset first then went to itunes and restored to a previous sync assuming that maybe the last sync got corrupted. i used the 3rd sync from the last. things are ok but still installing and restoring the way i had before. Oh no it just showd a system message that phone cannot get mail. No password for account #2. and it is asking me to go to mail account settings and enter a password. i have entered the password to all of my accounts but all accounts wont load properly Except my mobil me account which is loading properly.
