Sorry to hear about your issue; are you able to access the internet from your device? If not then that could be the problem. In order to be able to send and receive pictures messages, there are several features that must be provisioned on your account. The medianet feature is needed in order to be able to download the picture itself; along with either a messaging plan that would include multimedia messages (MMS) or if no messaging plan then the actual mms feature itself.
Please access your myWireless Account and verify that your account is indeed provisioned with those needed features. If the account is not provisioned with either of those features and are interested in adding a messaging and data plan, then that can be done directly from that site; should you not be interested in messaging and data plan or prefer to have the pay-per use features, then you will need to contact customer service for further provisioning assistance.
