hey guys so i just got my iphone 4 from ebay i put my sim card in everything is working flawlessly but i got on the att website and it already says my device is apple iphone 4 so i tried to change my basic unlimited data plan 2 the iphone 2gb data plan it seemed everything was good but i went to the last page and it gave me an error and idk what to do. so if some1 could help me il be so greatful or if you can tell me how to get to the tech chat so i cant talk to a representive

use a land line so that if they need you to turn your iPhone on/off, etc.....

Dial 611 on your iPhone. It's a free call.
Best to call from a land line. If they need you to look at something on your iPhone, power it off, or reboot it, that is just about impossible if you are calling them on the phone.
