I have a Samsung SGH a197 pay as you go phone. After charging the phone overnight, I noticed the nest day, there wasn't a signal available. I powered the phone off, then on. This message popped up: SIM not provisioned mm #2

Can anyone help me get past this? I'm sure it's something simple I missed!!!  I'm not having any luck finding any help on the website.

Are you trying to use a different SIM card? I would suggest to contact customer service. 1-800-331-0500. They should be able to make your SIM and phone working back to normal again.
