I got a letter saying that AT&T was unable to determine my credit and imposed certain conditions or restrictions on my service request.  How do I find out how much my deposit would be?

They should have told you?  I would go into a store and see what they say and/or call ATT customer service.  They should have the amount on record in their notes.
