billed twice on an online purchase

hi. i bought iphone accesories for my iphone 4 online. my bill was for $27 and i was charged for it on my debit card as soon as i completed the online processing. but after few minutes im billed again for $10. well, it might be a little amount of money but that's not fair. is there any way they can give my $10 back?
