Clicking on any of the following results in a re-direct to a "Page not found" on the ATT site
Calls to AT&T Technical support to ask them to enter my MAC and S/N for the device result in "you are supposed to use the approved links".

PS. Clicking on the following community forum link returns an "Article ID null" value
Geeze ... and I've already invested 1.2 hour technical phone call support to learn that I need a MicroCell, a drive to an AT&T store to get the MicroCell, and then a 30 minute technical support call that did not resolve my issue with the 3GMicroCell.

Here is the present work-around.
Call AT&T Support 800.331.0500. Hit options 0-5-6. Ask to be directly connected to Business Data Support specialist. From that point on, you can provide your 3GMicroCell serial number and they can activate it after you run a speedtest.net to confirm that your network speed is sufficient.
Well ... I now have 90 minutes for it to cycle through its activation process ... and 2.5 hours total investment of my time and phone calls to get this resolved.

but, all of your employees aren't aware it is down, as they are arguing with me on the phone to register it myself on line....and, please teach some of them english!!
