Am highly disapointed with reply about billing.This is short version- Recently bundled wireless and internet. Been with them since 1996, never late on payment. Upgraded phone and got new contract because of this. They messed up my bill last month, ageeded I only owed 47.95 after overcharging prior. I paid, now they're saying that was incorrect, and now have a 441.00 bill to pay this month. If they would listen to recorded conversation, they would agree with me. Now am looking for a new provider.
