Why AT&T support no answer my request

I have a support request to  icare3@amcustomercare.att-mail.com . But i was wailting for 2 day.  No answer from AT&T.  Please help me.

Also, what are you asking? If it's about unlocking an iPhone, you have to call for that. I dont think they do that over email.

You'll need to contact AT&T over the phone for unlocking.
