Who would like GoPhone e-mail support?

Do you think that E-mail support is a good option? If so, why? Why not just call customer care (611)?

Re: Who would like GoPhone e-mail support?

I think that GoPhone e-mail support is an outstanding option. There are countless times when I needed to contact AT&T, and my phone was not able to do that because the touch screen stopped responding on one of them.

Otherwise, sometimes I'm a little shy to ask for help... Smiley Tongue

WB, you are right, and welcome back to the forums.

I think that e-mail support like for postpaid customers will improve service.

Thanks, ilikewireless. Smiley Happy

And I completely agree. Maybe even expand it?

In a way, I think E-mail support is already available to prepaid customers who are forum users - they may be asked to PM one of the Community Managers or Specialists. To make e-mail support available to all prepaid users, an AT&T E-mail address will serve the purpose without requiring forum participation. So, yes, you can call that an expansion.

If they have, that'd be just perfect. Sometimes we don't have much time to just hold the line and wait till we get answer. If we can just simply email out and come back to check for answers whenever possible, that's be ideal.
