What new phones have their own OS?

Hi,

I've had my Samsung A887 for the past two years and I've been very happy with it but it's finally starting to die on me. My unlimited data plan from a year and a half ago was grandfathered into the new way of billing and I would like to keep it. However to do that, I need a phone with it's own operating system. Can anyone tell me what new phones are out that have their own?

Thanks!

the A887 is the solistic which is classified as a QMD (quick messaging device) any of the current phones that are not labled as a smartphone will qualify, the data plan for those phones have not changed
