What do I need to do to change a line from a business account to a personal account?

Background info - tried to upgrade my wife's line to an iphone using Apple's reservation system and on the day of pick up I was told that they could not do it since we were on a business account so I had to order through ATT.  I am a wating like everyone else now.

 

I heard that you can change a line from business to personal and then go ahead and use Apple's reservation system.  I would like to do this for my line.  Does anyone know how to do this and who the best person/department to contact to get this done?
