What a great employee!

What a great employee!

To whom it may concern, I am writing this because I was about to leave AT&T and one employee kept me with his Impeccable service. Mike {personal content removed for safety} at the resolution center in St Louis MO is the employeee. I will not bore you with the details other than to say that after 2 hours of phone time over the last 2 and half months I was done dealing with it. Mike's attitude and spirit was astounding. His ability and courteous manner made my evening. I am writing this on a Friday night hours after our call. He talked me through the whole process and even was willing to call me back instead of making me wait on hold while he checked in every few minutes. Why couldn't the others agree to this? Anyway, after being with AT&T since 2003 I can tell you he is the reason I am staying. If he gets a chance to see this. Thank's Mike!!!!

Lastly, I realize you guys are global but it shouldn't be this hard to write something nice. I had to register for this forum and call back into customer service just to find it. The employee herself had a hard time finding it. I suggest a simple "Tell us about our employees button" on the main site. I also suggest you give Mike a raise or at least a ticket to a Rams game where he can witness them being crushed by my niners.
