Well Xpress is E-mail. It could be possibly Xpress through the Internet. You can have the Internet blocked if you wish too. Call customer care and ask to have the Internet blocked on your phone. That way if you do try to go on or by accident try to go on, it won't let you. It won't charge you either.

To get your bill adjusted, you will have to call customer care. To de-activate your service you can either let AT&T customer care walk you through the steps to deleteing XpressMail off your phone or I can show you how. I just need to know what type of phone and model do you have?
