Waive upgrade fee?

Is there a way to waive the $36 upgrade fee for my entire family, considering we've been customers for roughly 8 years already and there are 5 of us?

call and ask, might work, prior to the increase to industry standard rates they would waive fees occasionally on a case by case basis. all you can do is call and see.

I usually ask after it shows up on the bill that way the rep has something to credit.
