I also find it frustrating that they don't seem to monitor their own forums which are under "support". I'll resist the urge to get snarky.

WP is not the ugly stepchild to Apple iPhone and needs to get some attention from ATT... HELLOOO! Need an answer PLEASE.

AT&T doesn't staff Customer Service Reps in these forums. There are a pair of Community Managers who address some customer service issues, and a handful of other specialist types who occasionally answer more technical type questions. Good luck getting AT&T to comment on anything before they issue a press release about it.

Oh, I know you are right about that... I am just blowing off steam... I once tried to complain about an email problem they created for me with no warning and found no way to complain to anybody that mattered. So after talking to several foreign CS types with no success I wrote an email to every email address that I could find whether it was customer service, individuals, or departments. I must of emailed over fifty emails. Every response stated either they couldn't help or that it wasn't their Dept. They have me over a barrel cuz I need a couple of their services and don't want to break them all up.
