The amount of data used is on the Account Overview (the default page shown when you first log in), under My Usage Summary. The section lists all the types of minutes (anytime, N&W, rollover), as well as data. You can also see your usage as a free text message by dialing *3282# (*DATA#).

Yes, you can do that if the site is working. Which at the moment it is not. Data used hasn't been updated since yesterday.
