Upgraded my iPhone and now my bill is more expensive
I was assured my plan would not change when upgrading and my bill is 10.00 more now. Why has ATT increased my plan. I want my old plan back...

It could be a number of things, such as:

- A data plan change

- Upgrade fee

- Recently added features (insurance, mobile support, roadside assistance)

- Monthly subscriptions

I recommend logging onto to att.com > click Manage Features > and look if you have something called AT&T Navigator that's added on. I recently found it on my Mom's and brother's line, and they had no idea why it was on there.

Also, if you upgraded mid billing cycle, there will be some pro-rated billing.
