Upgrade date change.

I was supposed to be due for an upgrade on 5/25, now I log in to my online account and it's now July 25... What gives?

did you have a late payment?  Did you change your plan to something less than what you were paying previously?

The only thing that changed was I lost my iphone and started using a go phone until my upgrade was available. This was only a little over a month ago and the guy at the store said it would not change anything about my contrace or upgrade renewal...

It did since your old gophone does not have the same data plan as the iPhone and hence your monthly bill went down and the data got pushed out.

Thats ridiculous. My bill is near the same as it was before, and what am i supposed to do... not have a phone for a month just to keep my account the same...??

What data plan do you have now vs one you had previously?

 

As for what you can do, you probably need to call ATT for clarification, we are all customers here like yourself.  You might want to reach out to one of the community managers here who are ATT employees and have staff who can look into your account.  Jamileh is who I would search for and send her a private message.

And like i said. I was told by the rep that nothing would change... I was fine with paying for data for the month i didnt have it and did not request it to be removed...
