Trouble activating M-cell

I had my M-Cell working fine, but I was having issues with our internet and we actually had to get a new router. So I just hooked my m-cell back up to the new router expecting everything to start working again. It didn't. So after messing around with it a while, I decided to deactivate it, and start the process over again with the new router. Since then, off and on I have been trying to get to activate for 2-3 weeks. At first, it made it to the final stages of attempting to locate the M-cell, but now it won't even get passed the "powering up" stage. I'm sick of this..Anyone have any advice?
