Transfer From iPhone to PC

Ok, so my PC crashed a couple weeks ago and I'm trying to get stuff off my iPhone, namely my music and photo albums that I copied to it.  How do I do this?  When I go into the iPhone through windows explorer, I see the images I took with the iPhone, but I don't see any of my music or pictures that I transferred from my computer.

Obviously, I could just recopy everything from my CDs to my computer, but I'm currently at college and do not have access to them so I need some sort of work around.

Unfortunately you cannot.  At least not without third party software.  The native syncing on the iPhone is one way.  From your computer/iTunes to your iPhone.

There are ways you can get the music off.  I have not tried any of these.  Some say free and some are paid.

There are more that can be found via a Google search.  Unless necessasry I would hold off on the photos unless necessary as the images on your iPhone are scaled down versions of what you had on your computer.
