has this issue been resolved? I still cannot navigate any IVR platform including AT&T's voicemail system because its not recognizing DTMF codes pressed on the keypad.
I've read in another forum that downgrading to 6.0.49 fixed their issue. How can we do this, whats the downgrade procedure and where can we find older OS version?
I'm another user that is so frustrated with this issue! Aside from this forum, is there a better way to register our complaint with the Torch?
